PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently supply combustion air for a long period by installing a grate in an incinerating furnace, disposing a primary air supply tube under the grate, and disposing a secondary air supply tube above the grate. SOLUTION: A grate 11 is installed in the incinerating furnace F. In the furnace F, a primary air supply tube 30 is disposed under the grate 11, and a secondary air supply tube 50 is disposed above the grate 11. Thus, the grate 11 is installed in the furnace F, the tube 30 is disposed under the grate 11 in a space in the furnace F, and the tube 50 is disposed above the grate 11. Accordingly, combustion ash or chips adhered to an inner wall of a combustion furnace are scarcely invaded into openings of the tubes 30, 50 and hence scarcely clogged. As a result, the combustion air can be sufficiently supplied for a long period.
