PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighter cover igniter entirely different in appearance from an easy lighter and superior in function and operation to the easy lighter. SOLUTION: In an easy lighter 1 having a nozzle hood 1b and a piezoelectric handle 1c provided in a neighboring relation on a top of a resin-made rod-like fuel tank 1a in which a liquefied gas fuel is sealed and capable of performing a release of a fuel injection valve and a discharge ignition by a downward push of the piezoelectric handle 1c, an easy lighter 1 is housed in an interior of an outer enclosure case 2A capable of being gripped with a hand, an upper part opening 3A is formed in an upper part of the outer enclosure case 2A corresponding to the piezoelectric handle 1c and the nozzle hood 1b, a rear side of the upper part opening 3A is covered with an operation knob 5A capable of being operated with a tip of a finger, a lower part of the operation knob 5A is pivoted on the outer enclosure case 2A, and an inner face cam 10A for pushing the piezoelectric handle 1c downward by a rotative operation with the finger is provided on an inner face of the operation knob 5A.
