PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze and control the tendency of a mobile by accumulating the position information of the mobile. SOLUTION: A system is provided with means 1-1-1-n for detecting position information for each mobile, thus receiving position information from each mobile and accumulating it in time series 2, 7, and 5, performing the statistical processing 6 and 8 of position information due to the move of the mobile in a polygon and that between polygons with a polygon consisting of a divided and closed surface as a unit, comparing a value being obtained by performing the statistical processing of the frequency distribution of the number of times where the mobile in a constant period is located in the same polygon, the frequency distribution of the number of arrival for entering from the outside of the polygon, the distribution of time for staying inside the polygon, the distribution of distance for traveling the inside of the polygon, and position information with a preset, specific value, outputting information on whether the mobile exists in the polygon or not as analysis information 9, and analyzing and controlling the tendency of the mobile.
