摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the holding mechanism of a swash plate angle control shaft in a static hydraulic continuously variable transmission serving as a run ning drive from rainwater, dust and the like. SOLUTION: In a pocket 51 cut in the wall surface of a case 33 for a swash plate angle control shaft 42, a frictional securing mechanism is disposed to fix the neutral-side return movement of the swash plate angle control shaft 42 at an arbitrary position. First friction plates 53 are locked to a cover 43 defining the pocket 51, and second friction plates 54 are locked to an end of the swash plate angle control shaft 42 so as to be held between one and the next first friction plates 53. A springy element 56 is accommodated between the first and second friction plates 53 and 54 and the cover 43 to press both first and second friction plates 53 and 54 against each other at a prescribed pressing force. The cover 43 has an adjusting tool by which the pressing force of the springy element 56 is adjusted.
