PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit and an air conditioner in which a sure fixing of an outdoor heat exchanger can be executed easily and at a low price. SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 20 is provided with an outdoor heat exchanger 20b and an equipment body 0a which is for accommodating the outdoor heat exchanger 20b. A dick 6 is formed on a floor face 5 of the equipment body 20a. A fitted member 4 having an insert hole 4b to which the click 6 can be inserted is provided on a lower end of the outdoor heat exchanger 20b. Arrangement and fixing to the equipment body 20a of the outdoor heat exchanger 20b may be executed in such a manner that the click 6 is inserted to the insert hole 4b.
