PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load from being left on at the time of outgoing, retiring or the like and to conserve power by connecting a plurality of electronic switch masters via signal lines, and attaching a simultaneous OFF means, thereby turning OFF all the loads. SOLUTION: When a simultaneous Off switch 15 is operated, a controller 11 judges the state of switch elements of respective electronic switch masters based on inputs from respective voltage monitors 13. That is, the switch element connected to a signal line of 24 V of a line voltage is judged to be the OFF state, the element connected to a signal line of 47 V of the line voltage is judged to be the ON state, and only the element judged to be ON is turned OFF. For example, in the case that illumination lords of a 'living room' and a 'lavatory' are turned ON and the other illumination loads are OFF, when the switch 15 is operated, individual switches S1, S4 are turned ON by the controller 11. As a result, the load of the 'living room' and the load of the 'lavatory' are turned OFF, and all the loads are turned OFF.
