<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the body detecting device which is a small-sized, lightweight, and power-saving type and suitable for an obstacle detecting device, etc., for a moving body capable of correcting the influence of deflection of laser light. SOLUTION: The body detecting device is equipped with a semiconductor galvanomirror 200 which scans a body detection area with the laser light from a laser light oscillator 5 in two dimension; a CCD camera 1 which picks up an image of the body detection area; an image processing part 3 which calculates discontinuous scanning line coordinates of the image from the image signal from the CCD camera 1; and a controller 9, which corrects the scanning line coordinate values with a deflection detection value from a deflection detecting function incorporated in the semiconductor galvanomirror 200, and converts them to a three-dimensional coordinate system to determine the configuration and position of the body by a light cutting method.</p> |
