PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a work from loosening by stopping a second handle lever in a position where the sixth spindle of the second handle lever goes over the change point on the line connecting the third and fourth spindles to each other toward the first handle lever side after a plate work is nipped between both nipping bodies. SOLUTION: The lower end of a second handle lever H2 is supported on the upper end of a nipping lever 17 through a fourth spindle S4. The projection 18 of the second handle lever H2 is pressed onto the stopper surface 19 of a first handle lever H1. The second handle lever H2 is constituted so that the sixth spindle S6 provided on the second handle lever H2 is situated in a position slightly going over the change point 22 on the line 21 connecting the third and fourth spindles S3, S4 to each other toward the first handle lever H1 side. According to this structure, even if the first and second handle levers H1, H2 are closed to arrowed directions 9, 9' and lifted up, a nipping part 3 is never loosened by the arrowed directional 9, 9' forces.
