PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented laminated polyester film having fine projections formed on the surface thereof, good in surface shaving properties, reduced in dropout or oligomer and excellent in output characteristics. SOLUTION: This film takes laminated constitution of three or more layers having a polymer layer (B-layer) based on a polymer with a crystallization indexΔTcg of 70 deg.C or lower at least on the single surface of a polymer layer (C-layer) based on a thermoplastic resin C and having a polymer layer (A-layer) based on a thermoplastic resin A on the surface of at least one B-layer. In this case, the thickness of the B-layer is below 1μm and the relation between the thickness (Ta) of the A-layer and the thickness (Tb) of the B-layer is set to 0.01<=Ta/Tb<1.
