摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding method capable of extending the operation life of a power source battery used in a spacecraft. SOLUTION: Features of this method is that two or more electric storage batteries capable of being independently controlled including a first and second batteries are used and both the first and second batteries are operated in an activated state during a first period (step 54), the first battery is operated in the activated state during a second period (step 56), the second battery is inactivated in this period, both the first and second batteries are operated in the activated state during a third period (step 58), the second battery is operated in an activated state in a fourth period and the first battery is inactivated in this period (step 60). The batteries are activated in a high temperature range of around 5-15 deg.C and inactivated in a low temperature range of -30 to -10 deg.C.
