<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reuse many kinds of glass products such as sheet glass, glass bottles and the like, which are waste, by crushing the glass products into minute particles as far as possible. SOLUTION: In a glass crushing apparatus, a vertically-separable cylindrical case 2 is installed vertically on a frame base 1, and inside the cylindrical case 2, a crushing base plate 3 with plural concave grooves 4 on its outer surface and directly above the crushing base plate 3, a rotating disk 5 provided with a number of arc type or square type concave grooves 7 along the outer peripheral surface of a diameter smaller than that of the crushing base plate 3 and larger than that of the concave grooves 7 and provided with a crushing- projection 6 on the plane are arranged, and a driving motor 13 is installed under the crushing base plate 3, and then the upper half part 21 of the cylindrical case having a charging-opening 9 for the waste glass in its upper end part is separably connected to the lower half part of the cylindrical case 2 equipped with the crushing base plate 3 and the crushing rotating disc 5.</p> |
