PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of an operation by reducing an information amount for judging a connection property between two equipments. SOLUTION: Inside a storage device part 30, a route table 31 storing route information for connecting the equipments with each other and a connection table 32 storing connection information for indicating whether or not the equipments can be connected with each other are provided. Also inside a data processing part 20, a route retrieval part 21 for retrieving a route for connecting inputted two equipments by using the route table 31 and extracting the combination of the equipments adjacent to each other on the route in the case that information for indicating the two equipments for judging the connection property is inputted through an input device part 10 and a connection property computation part 22 for respectively computing the connection property of the combination extracted in the route retrieval part 21 by using the connection table 32 and deciding the connection property of the two equipments.
