PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit light and smooth drawing and inserting work to the drum side supply cylinder of the hopper seal in order to improve the work efficiency and the durability of the hopper seal, in moving the hopper between the use position and the standby position for the hopper seal exchange or the like. SOLUTION: A guide support mechanism G of a hopper H guides and supports the hopper H as follows: when the hopper H is between a use position Ha and the predetermined intermediate position, it can be moved generally along an axis line L0 of a drum side supply cylinder C; and when it is between the predetermined intermediate position and the standby position, it can move rotatably around the predetermined axis lines.
