PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a T-nut having a female screw forming region of only necessary length, and a calking scheduled part. SOLUTION: This T-nut is equipped with an axis part 2 and a flange part 33 extending outward from one side end part of the axis part 2, and the axis part 2 includes a stepped part 3: provided over the whole periphery in the axial direction halfway of the axis part 2, a tip side tubular part 4: having a hollow cylindrical state over from another side end part to the different level part 3 of the axis part 2, and a base end side expanded tubular part 5: having both inner and outer diameters expanded than those of the tubular part 4. The tubular part 4 includes a calking scheduled part 34 formed over a given length from another side end part, and a female screw form part 35 in the stepped part 3 side region than the calking scheduled part 34. According to this structure, since the form part 35 can be set into an irreducible minimum length even in the long axis part, surplus work mandays in a thread cutting process by a tap can be reduced to improve the productivity of a T-nut.
