PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further facilitate cleaning of a top plate when a grate is supported rotatably upward by a method wherein the grate is provided with a pair of support arms extending to a rear and the support arms are respectively provided through the opening of a top board with a pair of support bodies rotatably supported. SOLUTION: A support arm 31 is formed that the support arm 31 is straightly extended rearward from the two ends of the rear part of a grate 3, and in a manner to correspond to the above, a grate mount part 1e is continuously extended in the same plane to the interior of an exhaust port 10. This constitution enables the support arm 31 to run in the exhaust port 10 without any trouble and pivotally supports the support arm at a support body 2 mounted on the upper surface of a cooking stove body 14 positioned below the exhaust port 10. Thus, when the upper surface of a top board 1 is cleaned, a coating cover is removed and by lifting upward the front end of the grate 3, the grate 3 is rotatable upward around a support axle 5 serving as a rotation fulcrum.
