PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate setting in the manner of hardware corresponding to a transmission system and to easily enable setting corresponding to each system on the job site, where that system is introduced, by storing the version information of the transmission system through a multiple transmission line and controlling transmission through the multiple transmission line according to that information. SOLUTION: A security interphone device 1 stores the version information of the transmission system through the multiple transmission line in an EEPROM 21 as a storage means, a signal processing part 10 refers to this information, and the transmission of a multiple transmission circuit 13 through the multiple transmission line is controlled according to the version information stored in the EEPROM 21. The version information is a version number in the case of a different transmission system even for the monitor panel of the same class in addition to the version number or version identification flag to be different by whether the class of the monitor panel shows an alarm monitor panel or integrated panel. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform any setting in the manner of hardware to the interphone device 1 corresponding to the version of the transmission system.
