PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display a map in which a specified target exists by quickly executing the limiting retrieval of the specified target. SOLUTION: A total target retrieving means 211 retrieves all targets coincident with a 1st retrieving condition from a target data file 30 based on the inputted 1st retrieving condition. A near target retrieving means 212 retrieves near targets existing near respective targets from the data file 30 based on all the retrieved targets. A specified target limiting means 213 compares a near target newly inputted as a 2nd retrieving condition with a near target existing near a specified target stored in the data file 30, and provided that the inputted near target coincides with the near target existing near the specified target, the target near the near target is selected as the specified target.
