PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely suppressible a simultaneous switching noise regardless of the timing of peak current generation in each circuit block in a system having plural circuit blocks. SOLUTION: The system 1 is provided with plural circuit blocks 11-13 and an operation timing control means 2 for applying operation control signals BCK1-BCK3 for controlling the operation timing respectively to the respective circuit blocks 11-13. A storage part 30 stores the generation timing of a peak current in the respective circuit blocks 11-13 and generates and outputs a setting signal SLK based on this stored peak current generation timing. Corresponding to the setting signal SLK, an operation control signal generating part 20 sets the timing of the respective operation control signals BCK1-BCK3.
