PURPOSE: An unbalance preventing method of a washing machine is provided to prevent a revolving dehydrating tub at a high speed from generating a noise and shortening its life span by hitting a housing around it. CONSTITUTION: The washing process control method comprises the steps of: performing a washing mode by forming a water current for a certain time through the on-off of a rotary action of a pulsator; remaining water so as to be soaked with the washings by draining the washing water in the washing port after finishing the washing mode; performing the washing mode by forming the unbalance water current for a certain time through the on-off of a rotary action of a pulsator after draining a regular amount of the washing water.
