PURPOSE: A disk reproduce device and a disk reproduce control circuit are provided to reduce a power consumption necessary to a rotation velocity by controlling the disk without forcing a feedback control. CONSTITUTION: The disk reproduce device comprises a disk motor driver(3), a memory(14), a flux velocity detector(24), a direct current signal generator(25) and a system controller(21). The system controller(21) observes the amount of data in the memory(14) and the flux velocity detected by the detector(24), and controls an output direct current signal of the generator(25) which sends a direct current signal to the disk motor driver(3) on the basis of the information. The system controller(21) controls a stop and a resume of a record operation of information in the memory(14) so that data in the memory(14) is not overflowed. An information recording speed is higher than an information reading speed so that information is always stored in the memory(14). The output direct signal of the direct current signal generator is controlled so that the flux velocity detected by the detector is close to a predetermined flux velocity, and the disk rotation is controlled by the direct current signal.
