PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill stacker capable of positively aligning and stacking bills without a stacking failure. SOLUTION: When bills are conveyed by a conveying part 11, a conveyed position detecting means 21 detects a position in a cross direction orthogonal to the conveyed direction of the bills, and a driving control part reads position data in the cross direction of a first moving guide member 27 and a second moving guide member 31 to the position in the above cross direction of the bills detected by the conveyed position detecting means 21, from a position data storage means, and drive-controls a drive mechanism part 40 on the basis of this position data to move the first moving guide member 27 and the second moving guide member 31 in the above-mentioned cross direction.
