PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-stringing apparatus for cultured shellfish, made to watertight so as to prevent the trouble that seawater or cuttings penetrates inside structural elements from occurring by providing a specific working part for stringing ears and by providing a mechanism for controlling the actuation of the working part. SOLUTION: When an ear-stringing apparatus for cultured shellfish in which a rope and ears of spats of cultured shellfish are placed in a row perforates penetrating holes in the rope and ears and pierces a tool for association into the holes to string ears, the apparatus of this invention has a working part 31 in which ear-stringing operations are conducted on the seat 23 for receiving shellfish and a cam box 30 within which a cam mechanism for controlling the actuation of the working part 31, and the cam box 30 is placed above the seat 23.
