PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive optical scanner having a simple structure. SOLUTION: Either end side of a piezoelectric bimorph 14 is fixed on a base 18 and the other end side of the bimorph 14 is vibrated by driving the bimorph 14 by a driving circuit 19. A mirror M whose surface is finished as a mirror surface is stuck to an electrode film 17 on the other end side being the displacement part of the bimorph 14. The position of the mirror M is displaced and the angle of the mirror (M) is changed by the vibration of the bimorph 14. A laser beam is projected to the mirror M from a laser beam source 3 and reflected beam from the mirror M scans the surface of a photoreceptor drum 5 with the angle change of the mirror M. |
