PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mount of an antenna with a small size and light weight and to easily change an antenna installation position. SOLUTION: The device mounts a planar antenna 4 on a flat face, and is provided with a suction cup 6, a sphere 8 fitted to a rear side of the suction cup 6, a sphere mount means 10 that mounts the sphere 8 to the rear side of the suction cup 6 in a rocking enable way, and a rod 12 extended in a direction opposite to the suction cup 6, and a tip of the rod 12 is fixed to the planar antenna 4. The planar antenna 4 is simply mounted on a window glass pane 104 by sucking the suction cup 6 onto the window glass pane 104. Furthermore, since the sphere 8 is fitted to the suction cup 6 in a rocking enable way and the planar antenna 4 is fixed to the sphere 8 via the rod 12, the azimuth angle and the elevating angle of the planar antenna 4 are adjusted by rocking the planar antenna 4 around the sphere 8.
