SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic brake system has two-space brake master cylinder, two diagonally separated brake circuits for two front wheel brakes and two rear wheel brakes, and antilocking device built into brake circuits. Antilocking device has reciprocating pump with input and output for each brake circuit, and first and second normally open electrically controlled valves. First valve is arranged between brake master cylinder and corresponding front wheel brake, and second valve is coupled is coupled with corresponding rear wheel brake. Second valves are provided which are arranged between rear wheel brakes and brake master cylinder, rear wheel brakes being coupled through throttles with reciprocating pump inputs. Novelty is that rear wheel brakes are coupled with reciprocating pump inputs through check valves opening in direction of corresponding reciprocating pump input and placed in series with corresponding throttles and that control unit is provided which is used at normal braking for closing of at least one second valve when value of rear wheel slip accumulated in control unit reaches preset value. Under antilocking conditions on road of low roughness, rear wheel brake pressure can be higher, for a certain time, than front wheel brake pressure.
