PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor and controller for monitor and controlling of a power system, which analyzes a defect by itself when the defect is generated in itself and then specifies a defective component, checks whether the defective component is in stock or not, and arranges the personnels required for the replacement of the defective component, based on the database registered in advance through the network, and also provide a recording medium with the program recorded therein. SOLUTION: Relations between causes of defects and methods for settling the defects are registered in advance in a monitoring and controlling calculating equipment 1-2 in a power system monitoring and controlling system 1. When a defect appears, this system determines by itself (1-2-2) a method for settling the defect based on the registered database and then notifies a maintenance system 5 of which component is defective, and requests it to check whether or not the component is in stock and to arrange the personnels required for replacement of the defective component. |
