DETECTING METHOD FOR VERY SMALL REMAINING LESION PART IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD STEM CELL SAMPLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method quickly and easily detecting a very small remaining lesion part in a peripheral blood stem cell sample. SOLUTION: In this method, one kind or more of tumor cell surface antigen is detected as to a peripheral blood stem cell sample sampled for transplantation of self-peripheral blood stem cell, and a resulting surface antigen pattern therein is compared with one kind or more of tumor cell surface antigen pattern as to a leukemia cell prepared preliminarily. A very small remaining lesion part in the peripheral blood stem cell for transplantation is detected quickly and easily in the case of the transplantation of the self-peripheral blood stem cell in leukemia.
