PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel setting method on a roof floor with simple execution without impairing waterproof function. SOLUTION: A hole 6 is bored into a reinforced concrete slab 3 on a roof floor, a chemical anchor 8 with a capsule is inserted into the hole 6, an anchor bolt 9 is driven, and concrete is cast around the anchor bolt 9 to form a concrete footing 1 in the shape of a trapezoid. A waterproof layer 11 is formed on the surface of the concrete footing 1 and the surface of the roof floor around the concrete footing, and a solar cell panel holder 2 is mounted on the concrete footing 1 to fix. |
