PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a maxim surface temperature of a diffuser in an outer shell container by providing a thermal transmission regulating means reducing transmission of heat generated by combustion of a gas generating means to the diffuser shell side in comparison with that to the closure shell side. SOLUTION: When ignition powder 5 is burnt by means of an igniter 4 operated by an impact, a fire breaks a seal tape 27 closing an inflammation hole 26 in an inner cylinder agent 13 and flows into a combustion chamber 22. A gas generating agent 6 in the combustion chamber 22 is burnt by a fire of the ignition powder 5 so as to generate gas. The gas is purified and cooled while it passes through a coolant filter 7, passes through a clearance 9, and breaks a seal tape 25 in a gas exhaust port 11 so as to be discharged. As a clearance part is arranged between a diffuser shell 1 and the coolant filter 7, heat transmission can be prevented. A maximum surface temperature of the diffuser shell 1 after combustion of the gas generating agent 5 can be reduced below that of the closure shell 2. |
