PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a sanitary state without allowing bacteria and the like to grow by forming a blowing path having a blowing means on a vessel body and forming a steam path in communication with the blowing path in a lid. SOLUTION: Steam generated by heating is permitted to flow into a lid 3 via a steam introduction inlet 32 in a lower lid 29 and its direction is turned downward at a first recess 34. Then, after the direction is turned again at a second recess 35, the steam is supplied into a diffuser unit 5 via a steam guiding part 18 in an outlet guide part. And simultaneously, rotation of a sirocco fan 9 is started by driving a motor so that outdoor air is introduced into a fin casing via a suction inlet. The outdoor air introduced into the fan casing 6 is diffused from an air guide opening via an air guiding part. Thus, the steam supplied from an inner vessel 2 to a diffuser unit 5 is discharged from a stem discharge outlet 25 by following an outdoor air flow taken in by driving the sirocco fan 9.
