PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a tensile force for feeding a core wire constant without causing changes with age, eliminate a turn error, facilitate the exchange of bobbins, reduce man-hour, and control a tensile force applied on the core wire during the feed of the core wire in a core wire feed process. SOLUTION: A core wire feeding device 1 for molding belt is provided with a bobbin 17 around which a core wire is wound, a rotary shaft 9 fitted and inserted along a shaft hole of the bobbin 17 so as to rotate idly with it, a rotary braking device 3 which controls in the interlocking relationship with the rotary shaft 9 so that a torque of the rotary shaft 9 becomes constant and is provided on the opposite side to a take-out port for the core wire, an arm 5 which is positioned on the outside of the rotary shaft 9 and pulls out the core wire 15 from the bobbin 17 in the interlocking relationship with the rotary shaft 9, and a guide 14 including one or more rotary bodies mounted on the arm 5 so as to prevent coming off of the core wire.
