PURPOSE: Solid oxygen with an igniter is provided to produce medical oxygen by firing with the igniter without difficulty, especially in an ambulance. CONSTITUTION: Solid oxygen(1) with a concave(2) is attached to an igniter(3) by using a fixing device(4) such as a steel fin or a paraffin liquid. The solid oxygen(1) is manufactured as follows. 3 wt.% of Manganese power, 5 wt.% of anchor steel, 6 wt.% of manganese dioxide, 5 wt.% of anchor steel, 2 wt.% of fiber glass, 1 wt.% of "B"iron, 1 wt.% of charcoal, 0.7 wt,% of silica sand, 0.2 wt.% of gum, 0.2 wt.% of cement, 0.5wt.% of paraffin, 0.5 wt.% of solid fuel, and 80 wt.% of sodium chlorate are mixed with 2.5-3 wt. % of water, extruded, cut in a fixed form, made a concave on one side of it, and dried at about 80°C for 14-15 hr. 10 wt.% of Cotton yarn and 45 wt.% of solid alcohol are mixed, liquified at 100°C, and formed in a mold to give the igniter(3).
