FINGER ALLOTMENT OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A finger allotting method of a mobile communication system is provided to maximize the Path Diversity effect when a reverse traffic frame transmitted by a mobile station of the CDMA mobile communication system is received and to vary the reverse traffic frame. CONSTITUTION: A finger dividing method of a mobile communication system comprises: a first step to store the energy according to each path when a signal is below the searching of number N after searching the multi-path signal in the beginning, to confirm the finger lock state and to record the lock state; a second step to average the energy of each path when searching number N by the path; a third step to judge if the finger is lock on not when the amount of the selected paths is over 0; and a fourth step to distribute new path.
