PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which anyone can speedily construct an automatic information communication system or remote operation system anywhere. SOLUTION: Concerning a device for pressing the dial button of a portable telephone 8 or satellite telephone, an iron core movable in the coil of an electromagnet and a push bar linked to the iron core are attached to the respective dial buttons of the portable telephone 8 or satellite telephone, a microcomputer controls the conduction of coils of the electromagnet, the power source ON/OFF or transmission of the portable telephone 8 or satellite telephone is operated, and an automatic report and an alarm in voice are simultaneously provided by combining an infrared sensor and the electronic circuit of the microcomputer or the like. Besides, the portable telephone 8 or satellite telephone are mounted by a socket. The size is 17 cm in length, 24 cm in width, 18 cm in depth and the weight is less than 3 kg.
