The sealing device provides a gasproof and liquid-proof seal for the re-usable grommets. It consists of a device for perforating the packing material at a set perforation diameter. At least one through passage for the contents, a closing device for the pouring-out tube (1) and outer and inner sealing elements. When the sealing elements are pressed against each other axially, they produce a position in which the packing material lies precisely as required. At least the inner liquid-proof coating of the pack (18) is free from perforations all round the parts of the inner sealing element pressed to the outer one.
