<p>The invented device is formed rectilinear hydraulic motors (1) of adjustment and rectilinear hydraulic motors (2) of balancing, a cross beam (3) of balancing, a frame (4) of balancing and a car (5) of exchange. The hydraulic motors (1) of adjustment of a rolling gap are arranged between bearing housings (6) of a lower back-up roll (7) and a lower cross piece of a stand (8). Bodies of the hydraulic motors (1) of adjustment are leant against an upper surface of the rolling mill stand (8) lower cross piece, and against tilting plungers of the hydraulic motors (1) of adjustment that are mounted in a guide performed in cylinders of the hydraulic motors (1) of adjustment through the mediation of a radial articulated bearing (9) and that are by their upper surfaces leant against bottom surface of the lower back-up roll (7) bearing housing (6). The rectilinear hydraulic motors (2) of balancing are fastened beneath in yokes (11) being arranged on both sides of the stand (8) lower cross piece.
