Method of feeding electronically controlled drives with power

In the present invention there is disclosed a method of feeding electronically controlled power drives, particularly drives for handling devices of worked objects in a press or by the press. Those devices are driven and controlled in electromechanical way. In case of mains voltage dump the handling devices of worked objects are fed at least for a short time with voltage by an intermediate circuit (13) of a drive booster or from an uninterrupted current feeding, whereby all the devices that are decisive for motion of the worked object handling are fed with voltage from the intermediate circuit (13) or from the uninterrupted power supply unit.
