PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flushing nozzle almost free of vibration by moving a flushing nozzle itself with a predetermined path compared to the case where the flushing nozzle itself is moved with a predetermined path and the with a predetermined path and the discharge is performed while rotating or almost rotating the flushing water. SOLUTION: Flushing water with kinetic energy given by pressuring by a water pump 2 is adjusted to a predetermined instantaneous discharge by a discharge adjusting valve 3a, flows into an impeller 4a, part of kinetic energy is transmitted to the impeller 4a and water is discharged from a discharge outlet 1b with the impeller 4a being rotated. Thus, the flushing water is discharged while rotating or almost rotating.
