PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable safe making gold notes or the like unusable by spraying ink onto the gold notes or the like when a container is broken in the case of meeting with a robbery accident during the transfer of the gold notes or the like. SOLUTION: A container 1 is evacuated to make a piston 22 in an air cylinder 21 move a stepped actuating shaft 25 into a specified position while compressing a pressure spring 24 to set an actuating plate 27. When the container 1 is broken to open a hole, air enters the container 1, and pressure in the container 1 becomes atmospheric pressure. The pressure spring 24 therefore tends to get back into its original position and moves air into a reserve tank 31. The actuating shaft 25 moves until air pressurized by the piston 22 in the air cylinder 21 becomes equal to air pressure in the reserve tank 31, and the actuating plate 27 is moved by the step of the stepped actuating shaft 25 until abutting a stopper 18 so as to press the head of a nozzle 30 of a pressure ink spray 29 to spray ink.
