PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production cost and to secure high airtightness in a casing body. SOLUTION: In this casing for a blower 1, comprising a casing body 2 in which an opening part 5a which can suck ventilating gas is formed, a cover part 3 in which an intake hole for sucking gas to the inside of the casing body 2 through an intake duct is formed and also which is attached to the casing body 2 so as to cover the opening part 5a, and a bottomless cylindrical mouthpiece 7 for communicating the intake duct and the intake hole with each other, a cover part 8 and the mouthpiece 7 are integrally formed.
