The novel, title salts are made by reacting R-N(CH 2 CH 2 CH 2 OSO 2 R<SP>1</SP>) 2 (R is H or Me, R<SP>1</SP> is Me, Et or Pr) with a C 1 or C 2 alkanesulphonic acid, sulphamic acid, cyclohexylsulphamic acid, camphor-#-sulphonic acid, 4,4<SP>1</SP>-biphenyldisulphonic acid, naphthalene mono- or di-sulphonic acids or optionally mono- or di-substitutedbenzene-mono- or di-sulphonic acids (the substituents are C 1 to C 12 alkyl, MeO, Cl and/or NO 2 ). Pharmaceutical preparations suitable for treating, e.g. leukemia, sarcomas, myoma, carcinoma, chorioepithelioma malignum, seminoma, Hodgkin's disease and polycythemia contain the salts as active ingredient; administration may be orally or by injection. |
