PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of an underground storing water infiltration structure for a road surface in which rainwater infiltrated from water resistance pavement can be infiltrated or reserved by burying reinforcing blocks. SOLUTION: An underground storing water infiltration structure for a road surface is formed in such a constitution that reinforcing blocks 3 where a space exists in its inside are mutually connected on a flatly formed bottom surface composed of a permeable layer or an impermeable layer having means for draining toward an underground in lengthwise and widthwise directions, crushed stones and the like are spread over so as to bury the reinforcing block 3 to form an upper permeable layer 4, and a pavement road surface 5 of permeability is formed on the upper permeable layer. In this case, the reinforcing blocks 3 are formed in a nearly angle shaped cross section, auxiliary blocks 3 set up upwards its opening side are placed to a lower stand, and auxiliary blocks 3 which are set up downward its opening side and arranged symmetrically in the vertical directions for connecting a hollow part, are placed to an upper stand.
