MORTAR/CONCRETE HARDENED BODY HAVING FREEZING AND THAWING RESISTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hardened body having excellent freezing and thawing resistance even without introducing entrained air, to effectively utilize and recycle a waste by using a hydraulic composition produced from one or more of incinerated ash of municipal refuse and incinerated ash of sewage sludge as a raw material. SOLUTION: This hydraulic composition is produced by using one or more of incinerated ash of municipal refuse and incinerated ash of sewage sludge as a raw material. Namely the composition is obtained by adding 1-30 pts.wt. of a gypsum to 100 pts.wt. of a baked material comprising 10-40 wt.% of one or more of C11A7CaCl2 and C11A7CaF2 and one or more of C2S and C3S. Anhydrous gypsum, gypsum dihydrate or hemihydrate gypsum can be used as the gypsum. The hydraulic composition is used to give the objective mortar/concrete hardened body having excellent freezing and thawing resistance. The mortar/ concrete hardened body has sufficient freezing/thawing resistance even in an air amount in the case of nonuse of an AE agent and, if required, entrained air may be introduced to the hardened body by an AE agent.
