<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the surplus main body case in a large-capacity hollow-fiber membrane type dehumidifier and to improve its noise suppressing effect. SOLUTION: Plural hollow-fiber membrane modules 20A and 20B formed by bundling many hollow-fiber membranes 21 and fusing both ends are provided in parallel in a main body case 12. In this hollow-fiber membrane type dehumidifier, a noise suppressing chamber 30 is positioned between the compressed air passages 17 and 18 at the ends of the plural modules to jet a part of the dehumidified compressed air through an orifice 31 as the purge air, and a passage 34 is furnished to supply the purge air on the secondary side of the modules 20A and 20B from the noise reducing chamber 30 through a silencer 32.</p> |
