PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drainage property of condensed water generated by a cooling heat exchanger with regard to vehicular air conditioner having the cooling heat exchanger arranged in a small angleθ1 close to horizontal and passing air from the lower part to the upper part. SOLUTION: When a high region of the wind velocity distribution by a cold blast bypass passage 23 is formed on the tilted lower end side of a cooling heat exchanger 12, water splash to the lower stream side of the cooling heat exchanger 12 becomes conspicuous so the cold blast bypass passage 23 is arranged on the tilted upper end side of the cooling heat exchanger 12. When condensed water drifts along the inclination of the cooling heat exchanger 12 towards the tilted lower end side, air velocity in the lower end side region of the cooling heat exchanger 12 where condensed water is collected is low, therefor water splash does not easily occurr.
