System for supplying utilities such as gas, electricity, water, gas and drainage to unit plots in an industrial estate

The ground surface (1) of the estate is divided into a number of equal sized plots (2). Each of the plots has a connection point (3) through which utility pipes and conductors emerge from underground conduits (4). The gas, electricity, water, and drainage utilities are fed from a distribution station (5) to the underground conduits which run under the ground. Buffer stations can be used to make cross connections between units.
