PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed/drain tool for a waterstop sheet and method of fitting it used when a pipe for connecting a pipe for draining leachate to a waterstop sheet laid on a pit of a general waste treating site, an industrial waste disposal site, or the like. SOLUTION: In the prior art, since a feed/drain tool for a water barrier sheet and a waterstop sheet had a joint valve made of metal or resin only fitted to the waterstop sheet so that it was tightened to the waterstop sheet by using both a washer/nut and a cauking agent, airtightness was insufficient, and when external force was applied to the joint valve, the fitted part to the water barrier sheet was loosened or the joint valve came off the water barrier sheet. This feed/drain tool for a waterstop sheet 1 is provided with an annular adhering sheet 6 fixed to an water draining opening part 5 formed in a waterstop sheet 2 through an adhesive and a pipe 7 inserted through the adhering sheet 6 and also communicating with the water draining opening part 5 of the waterstop sheet 2, and the adhering sheet 6 and the pipe 7 are fixed by using both heat deposition and buildup adhesion 8, and the adhering sheet 6 is mounted on the draining opening part 5 so that the pipe 7 communicates with the draining opening part 5 formed in the waterstop sheet 2 to adhere the rear of the adhering sheet 6 to the waterstop sheet 2.
