PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sheet cutting in a folded part after being preserved in a housing box by heating a semicured resin-impregnated sheet material in which glass fibers are impregnated with a resin compound incorporated with at least an unsaturated polyester resin, a slightly shrunk resin, a curing catalyst, an inorganic filler, and a thickener. SOLUTION: A semicured rein-impregnated sheet material in which glass fibers are impregnated with a resin compound incorporated with at least an unsaturated polyester resin, a slightly shrunk resin, a curing catalyst, an inorganic filler, and a thickener is heated in a heating means. When the resin- impregnated sheet material (coated with a protective film about 2 mm in thickness and about 0.9 m in width) is folded, placed in a housing box about of 1 m in length, about 1 m in width, and about 1 m in depth, preserved in a place of 40 deg.C for 24 hr for aging, and cooled in a place of 25 deg.C to make an aged, heated, viscosity-increased resin-impregnated sheet material 1, there is almost no difference in thickness between a flat part 1A and a folded part 1B. |
