PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central heating and hot water supply system using neither pump nor compressor. SOLUTION: This central heating and hot water supply system comprises a plurality of heating and hot water supply apparatuses 50, 60, 70, and 80 individually coupled to a steam generating device 20 through pipings 40, 42, 44, and 46, in which a steam generating device 20 and on-off valves 30, 32, 34, and 36 are inserted, and supplying steam and arranged indoors 92. The heating and hot water supply apparatuses are respectively provided with means to store water and condensing devices 51, 61, 71, and 81, to liquefy steam and to transform the heat of steam to water during liquefaction. Heat is used for heating and supply of hot water.
