PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration plate of which flashing is improved. SOLUTION: A decoration plate 1 comprises a decoration body 2 installed on a plate body 3. The plate body 3 is provided with an overlapping margin 3A at least one either side of the right and the left in the lengthwise direction, a groove 31 and a recessed part 36 are formed in the overlapping margin 3A, and the decoration body 2 is fixed to the plate body 3 by locking members 4 penetrating the plate body 3 to the back surface side to form protruded parts. The plate body 3 of the decoration plate 1 is overlapped in the lateral direction, and when the protruded part is positioned on the overlapping margin 3A, the protruded part is contained in the recessed part 36.
